FAQ'S - Frequently Asked Questions
How are payments made and when?
Payments for all services are due in full at the time of order. No work will be rendered prior to payment unless negotiated and agreed upon in writing by the designer. Payments are accepted through an invoice that will be sent via Square or Stripe. Invoice must be paid in full within 48 hours of issuance unless otherwise stated by the designer in writing. Invoices that are not fulfilled within this time, will be cancelled and re-invoicing fees may apply. Invoice fees are to be paid by client including the full price of service unless otherwise stated by the designer in writing. Receipts and proofs of purchase will be issued either by payment of invoice from Square or Stripe or by designer (in the event that platform doesn't provide a receipt). The agreed upon turnaround time for each order begins the following day.
What are your business hours?
I do not have business hours at this time. All messages, emails, calls/texts, etc. are answered and requests are fulfilled upon my earliest availability, regardless of the time and day. I typically plan to be closed on holidays, but if I can work on those days, I will. In the event that I cannot work on those days, you will be notified in a timely manner.
How many revisions are allowed on designs?
Each design is allowed three reasonable revisions prior to finalizing the artwork at no cost and the designer has the sole discretion to determine which revisions are reasonable. Once the three complimentary revisions have been used, additional revisions start at $5 each for Text Based Logos and $10 for Image Based Logos. All revision fees must be paid prior to the start of the revisions being made. Once revision fees are paid, I will continue with the design process until completion. Revisions refer to changes in placement, font, size, layout, colors, etc. The entire design will not be changed as a revision! In the event that you would need a full revamp, there is a $50+ revision fee depending on the project type.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds will only be issued if requested prior to the designer rendering any parts of the service requested. Client has a 12 hour timeframe from the time of payment to request a refund and after that timeframe has passed, no refund will be issued. For rush production orders, the eligibility for a refund will be determined on a case by case basis. At all times, the designer reserves the right to deny a full or prorated refund at their discretion and refunds will not be issued on rendered services. If a client is dissatisfied with the design produced, the designer will guide the client through the revision process in order to deliver a satisfactory design. Additional fees may apply as outlined in the revision policy.
What file types will I receive of my design?
Depending on what type of design service you receive, client will receive all necessary files that are rightfully their own. The client will not receive any files through which they can freely edit the designer's work. All original design files remain in the possession of JS Branding Bar LLC. The most common files are JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc. Files will be sent via email after the final project design is approved.
Do you print and ship?
Absolutely! Printing and shipping are available on services that require it. Please note that 1) the client is responsible for any and all printing and shipping costs associated with their order and 2) the time required for printing production, processing and shipping is not included in the turnaround time for completion of design service, but will follow subsequently once the design has been approved by client.
How much is your rush fee?
Rush fees are 25% of the service rate. Example: If you need three sheets of stickers ($36), the rush fee would be $9.
